[South West] of these is a [group] of other out offices also one Storey and Slated. The garden which is Situated about 30 Chains N.E. [North East] is very tastefully laid out and arranged. There are two approaches one from the west & the other from the north Property and residence of Sir James Ferguson Bart [Baronet] M.P. [Member of Parliament]
