036 | The objects known by this name Supplied is the track of a ditch or moat together with an elevated oblong Ridge adjoining Dornal farm steading. The ditch is not traceable on South Side of plantation. The appearance of the place would lead to the Conclusion that in olden times it was a place of strength evidently fortified however nothing very conclusive can now be gleaned on the matter. There is a stone in the dwelling house bearing date 1692 |
