110 A dilapidated ruin on a small rocky point about a quarter of a mile west of Gallanach mansion house. It is of a somewhat irregular form. The eastern wall, and portion of the south-western angle still remain, and are about four feet high and 9 ft [feet] thick. the remainder being distinctly traceable by large mound of debris. It was formerly the residence of the Gallanach family.
