073 An extensive group of buildings from one to four stories in height, used as a wool spinning manufactory, and employing, generally from 100 to 120 hands, the machinery is propelled partly by steam and partly by water, the property of Hadden and Sons, Union Grove, Aberdeen.
"At Garlogie, there is a spinning manufactory for wool, belonging to Messrs Hadden & Sons in Aberdeen, where about 120 people, old and young, are generally employed."
