085 The statistical account contains the following in connexion with what it remarks on the chapels that are supposed to have been erected in the vicinity. "To these saints (Saints Mary & Peter) were consecrated not only the chapels, but also the nearest wells the one called St Mary's & the other St Peter's Well." It is situated a short distance east of the Ph [Parish] Church, at the Dee side
