021 Applies to a large hill feature having a small Fir plantation on the summit. Situated about 1 Mile West of the Village of Stuartfield, supposed to have been named after some man who lived here long ago.

021 There was about 15 years ago a large cairn; situated on the highest part of Jock's Hill; and comprised about 4 or 500 Cart loads of stones; which where taken away to build dikes with. at the foundation of the cairn there was a lot of blackish earth. but no Urns or cists were discovered.
