075 These mills are situated exactly where Bux Burn joins the River Don, one situated on each side of the stream. They are mostly two and three storeys high, all in good repair except a large building on the north of the stream, in which there is very little business transacted. Mr Howie has a lease of these mills for ninety years. Property of Mr Hay.
