There are about 50 acres of land left by Dr. [Doctor] Watt, on which this establishment is erected, and the produce of which goes to the support of it. the rest of the expenses are defrayed by Government, The ground is tastefully laid out, and well cultivated, The offenders, who are sent here, are taught, Boot & shoemaking Tailoring & Farming.
