Report of the Commissioners for making Roads and building Bridges in the Highlands dated 1804
091 This is an old wooden bridge which spans the river Dee, by four arches, each being about a chain in span. It was erected in 1834 on the site of a stone bridge which was swept away by a flood in 1829. It is in a bad state of repair at present.
