047 | When the Fold Yard at the Hill of Fiddes was excavated some years ago there was found near the centre a Small Clay Urn containing Small portions of Burnt Ashes and Bones. The Urn was broken in being taken up. |

047 | About eighty years ago there stood on a Knoll near Hill of Fiddes a Circle of seven large Stones which was called by the people in the neighbourhood a "Druidical Circle". All that remains of this circle are two large stones which form part of the former. |
