045 Is the name of a stream the source of which consists of the water conducted into - Glack Demesne and increases from the drainage of other lands downwards It forms a portion of the boundary of Daviot parish along the west side of the Aberdeen Inverurie and Forgue County road. but how the stream received this roman name I could not ascertain.

It is said that at the Battle of Harlaw, this stream "run blood" for twenty four hours. I cannot get at the derivation of this stream
