Mr Booth Mr Gordon Mr MacPherson |
043 | This is supposed to be the site of a paved way or Causeway which led in a North Easterly direction from the Stone Circle on the North West of the farm of Bankhead. A very small portion only of this Causeway was visible when the workmen were engaged in clearing away the Stone Circle, but Mr Booth is of opinion from the nature of the Ground that it led out in a North Easterly direction to the extent marked on the plan. |
