Survey of the duties on Male Servants in the Burgh of Montrose for one year fromthe 5th day of April 1789 to the 5th of April 1790. By Daniel Ross Surveyor

I Daniel Ross Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Scertify that upon careful
examination I find the foregoing duties amount to Twenty pounds Sterling And
that upon the -- day of -- I delivered to James Dick Coler.[Collector] of the said
duties for the Burgh of aforesaid an exact duplicate of this acct. [account] which
contained my Oath that the preceeding inhabitants were duly served
with requisitions of the dates aforesaid and that they are charged
conformably to their several returns to me or the best information
I could procure.
