Survey Male Servants Tax within the Town of Kirkwall

I Alexander Fraser Surveyor aforesaid do make oath that the amount of the Male Servants Tax within the Town
of Kirkwall amounts to Three pounds and fifteen shillings and that I delivered to John Heddle Town Clerk of Kirkwall
and Collector of duties upon the eleventh February Seventeen hundred and Ninety an exact duplicate of the above
in Kirkwall 11 February 1790
