I Robert Dunbar Asst Surv[Assistant Surveyor] aforesaid do hereby certify that upon careful examination
I find the foregoing duties amount to the Sum of £1.5.0 Stg[Sterling] and that upon the --
Janry [January] 1790 I sent per the Annan Carrier to -- Collr [Collector] for the burgh afrsd [aforesaid]
a duplicate of the above containing my oath that the above person was served wt [with]
a requisition & is charged in consequence of his own return to me
