I Daniel Ross Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Scertify that upon careful
examination I find the foregoing duties amount to ninteen pounds ten
Shillings Sterling and that upon the 22nd day of Jany. [January] 1790 I delivered
to James Dick Collr. [Collector] of the said duties for the Burgh aforsaid an exact
duplicate of this Accot. [Account] which contained my Oath that the preceding
inhabitants were duly Served with notifications of the dates aforsaid
and that they are charged conformably to the best information
I could procure
