Dunbar from 5 April 1789 to 5 April 1790 by William Johnstone Surv. [Surveyor]

I William Johnstone Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon carefull examination I find the foregoing duties amount to the sum
of Nine pounds fifteen shill. [shillings] Ster. [Sterling] and that upon the 29 Decem. [December] 1789 I delivered to William Kirkwood Collector of said duties an exact duplicate of this Account duely examined & compared which contained my Oath that the foregoing Inhabitants were duely
served with Requisitions of the above date And that they were charged conform to their Returns Or according to my knowledge & belief
that they were liable in said duties.........
