I John Barclay Assistant Surveyor or Assessor, do hereby certify, That upon carefull examination of
the above Acct. [Account] I find the Dutie Amounts to One pound five Shillings Str. [Sterling] And that a Duplicate
of the sum lys [lies] in my own hands as present Collector of said Duties for the Burgh aforesaid
Tain 6th Decr. [December] 1788.
