I William Greig Surveyor aforesaid, do hereby Certify, that upon carefull examination
of the foregoing duties, I find they amount in whole to Fourty eight pounds Sterling;
And that upon the day of 1779 I delivered to Mr John Duncan Writer in
Stonehaven, Collector of the said dutys for the Shire aforeaid, an exact duplicate of
the above Accompt duly compared with the foregoing conform to his Receipt hereunto
fixed
