considering that the total valued rent of the whole lands in the Parish
which formerly belonged to His Grace amounts to £271. 14/4 Scots, and that if
it is proper that the said sum should be apportioned on the lands now belonging
to us respectively: Therefore it is agreed that the said sum of £271.14/4
Scots of Valued Rent be allocated in terms of the following scheme:-
Total Valued Rent Scots.
£271. 14. 4

(2) Thomas Yool 51. 5. 2
(3) George James 24. 0. 0 £271. 14. 4
and we hereby approve of the proportion of said sum placed opposite our
names in the said Scheme being allocated on the lands now belonging to us
respectively, and also of said last mentioned lands being entered in the
valued Rent Rolls as of these values and in our names, instead of in the name
of His Grace or his predecessors.
