1760 April 30. John Spottiswood of that Ilk presented another petition to the Comissioners, stating the sales of the Teinds, of other Lands, made by him to William Maxwell of Munshes and othersm and praying to have the valuation of the teinds so soldm separated from the valued Rent belonging to him, and charged to the several purchasers, at the rates specified in the petition. Alongst with the petition, letters were produced from the said William Maxwell of Munshes, Michael Carlyle of Halmyre, (continued)
and William Craik of Arbigland, consenting that the valuation of the Teinds purchased by them from Spottiswood, as mentioned in the petition, should be deducted from his valuation, and charged upon the Lands belonging to themselves. And thhe Commissioners ordained the Teinds of the lands after mentioned to be valued separately, in manner underwritten, and to be subtracted from the valuation of the petitioner John Spottiswood, viz.
The Teinds of the Lands of meikle Castlegower, in the parish of Buitle, at 4.0.0
The Teinds of the Lands of Halmyre, in the parish of Kelton, at 4.0.0
The teinds of the Lands of Clfad, in the parish of Kirkpatrick-Durham, at 5.0.0
1761 April 30 John Spottiswood of that Ilk presented another petition to the Commissioners, stating the sales of the Teinds of other Lands made by him to Ebenezer McGeorge of Cocklick, and others, and praying to have the valuation of the Teinds so sold, separated from the valued Rent belonging to him, and charged to the several purchasers at the rates specified in the petition. Mary and Wilhelmina Maxwells of Lochhill, Robert Glendonning Neilson of Barncailzie, and Mrs Margaret Tait of Lochenkitt, and William Gordon her husband, consenting that the valuation of the Teinds purchased by the from Spottiswood, as mentioned in the petition, should be deducted from his valuation, and charged upon the Lands belonging to themselves. And the Commissioners ordained the Teinds of the Lands after mentioned to be valued separately in manner underwritten, (continued)

1771 April 30. On the petition of Alexander Gordon of Culvennan, the sum of £50, part of the valued Rent of Spottiswood's Teinds in the parish of Newabbey, effeiring to the Teinds of the parish of crossmichael, purchased by John Gordon of Kenmore from Spottiswood, and afterwards sold and disponed by Kenmore to William Gordon of Drumrash, ordered to be taken from the valuation charged against Spottiswood's Teinds, in this parish, and added to Mr Gordon's Lands of Mains of Greenlaw, in the parish of Crossmichael.(continued)

1799 April 16 In respect of the Allocation of Teinds, valuation £6,upon the Lands of Culshangan, in the parish of Kirkpatrick-Durham, 29th April, 1769, the said sum of £6, now ordered to be deducted from the valuation of Teinds charged on the Lands of Drum, in this parish, and which, when deducted, reduces the cumulo valuation of Drum and Teinds to £426
