On the patition of James Halliday, the Lands of Kirkland of Gelston, Valued at £40, were ordered by the commission to be deleted forth of the Supply Rolls, and declared to be free of Supply, in all time coming. The said Lands of Kirkland of Gelston were again ordered to be expunged from the Valuation Roll of the Stewartry, in pursuance of two consecutive interlocutors of Lord Ordinary ; and the record (30th April 1782) bears, that these interlocutors were found upon the fact - that the valuation of the £ s [shillings]. d [pennies].
Lands of Stokine, in rhe parish of Rewick, and hath been paid out of them for eighty years.
