of the foregoing Rates & Duties I find they
Amount to Sixty two pounds Nine Shillings
and Six pence Sterling And that (conform to
his receipt) I delivered to Mr Thomas McClelland Collector of said Duties an
Exact Duplicate of the Account which contained my Oath that Requisitions were left
or delivered And that the Rates & Duties charged in said Account were just & true
to the best of my skill knowledge and belief And no person known to me or
who ought to have been Charged
