I David Hutcheson Surveyor foresaid Do certify that upon examination
[I find] the foregoing duties amount to two pounds two shillings Sterling, and that this [day]
I delivered to Mr Hadzart Collector of these duties a duplicate of the foregoing
Account duly Compared which Contained my Oath That the said Inhabitants
were to be charged the sums to their names set Conform to their returns to my requisitions
that behalf made or to my Knowledge and belief that they were liable therein
