I Robert Flyter assistant Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify that
upon Carefull Examination of the foregoing Duties I Find the amount to
be One Pound one Shilling Sterling that the preceeding Inhabitant
was served with a Requisition, and is caharged according to his Returns
to me, and that I have delivered John Storm Collector of said
Duties an Exact Duplicate of the foregoing Report
