I William Johnstone Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify that upon carefull exami:
nation I find the foregoing duties amount to the sum of Twenty Pounds twelve shillings
six pence sterling And that upon the 11 Oct. [October] 1792, I delivered to John Carfrae Collector
of said duties an exact duplicate of this Accompt duely examined & compared which con:
tained my oath that the foregoing Inhabitants were duely served with requisitions &
that they were charged according to the answers they made thereto or according to my
knowledge & belief that they were liable in said duties
