[Page] 42I Daniel Ross Surveyor aforesaid do hereby
Certify that upon careful examination I find the foregoing
duties amount to Seventeen pounds Sterling, and that upon
the 22 day of Janry. [January] 1790 I delivered to Mr. James Dick Collr. [Collector]
the said duties for the toun of Dundee aforesaid, an exact
duplicate of the accot. [account] which contained my oath that
the preceding inhabitants were Served with
requisitions of the dates aforesaid intimating that the
sum to be Charged with the sums hereby certified to be
due from them
