I Anthony Macmillan Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify That
upon careful examination of the foregoing Rates & Duties I
find they amount in whole to the sum of Two Pounds S [Sterling]
and that upon the sixth day of March one thousa [thousand seven]
hundred & ninety years I delivered to Mr William [--]
Collr. [Collector] of the s [said] duties for the Burgh afor [aforesaid]
[an exact] Duplicat of the foregoing which contain [contained my]
Oath that requisitions were delivered to or left f [for the]
said Several Parsons at their dwelling places of [the]
dates annexed to their respective names that we [were]
to be charged with the Sums hereby certified to be
due from [them]
