Linlithgow Town Survey continued
N.B. (Nota Bene)

I James Watson Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify that
upon carefull Examination of the foregoing Rates and Duties
I find they Amount in whole to the sum of Nine Pounds Ten
shillings Sterling And that upon the fifth day of January
current I delivered to Mr William Napier Collector of the said
Burgh of Linlithgow an Exact Duplicate of the foregoing
Survey which contained my Oath, that the several persons
before named were duly served with Notices and Requisition
whereby they were to be Charged with the sums sums hereby
Certified to be due by them.
