I James Allan Surveyor aforesaid, do hereby certify that upon careful
Examination of the foregoing several Rates & duties, I find they Amount to Seventeen
pounds Sterling & that upon the first Current I delivered to Mr. John McGibbon
Collector of the said duties for the Borough aforesaid, an exact duplicate of the above
Account, duly examined & compared with the foregoing which contained my Oath that
Requisitions were delivered to the several Inhabitants or at their dwelling houses
of the dates above anexed to their Respective Names & that they were to be
charged with the several sums Certified to be due from them
