I Hugh MacFarquhar Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify thatupon carefull examination of the foregoing Duties I find they Amount
in Whole to One Pounds five Shillings & that upon the fourteenth
day of this current month of febry [February] I delivered to Provost Andrew
Robertson of Dingwall Present eldest Baillie for the Burgh aforesaid
an exact Duplicate of the Above Acct [Account] Duly examined & compared
with the foregoing which contained my Oath that
the above Lists contained the number of horses returned to me by
the different masters, & was kept by them According to the best of
of my knowledge or information
