I John Veitch Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify that upon
careful examination of the foregoing several rates and duties
I find they amount in whole to one pound Sterling and
that upon the 17th. of March 1786 I transmited to Alexander
May Collecter of the said duties for the Shire aforesaid
an exact duplicate of the above account duly examined and
compared with the foregoing which contained my oath that
requistions were left with the Several Inhabitants or at
their dwelling houses of the date anexed to their respective
names & that the asesments were made from
the answers sent one & now in my possession
