I William Ferrior in Stirling For certain onerous caus moveing me To have
assigned & disponed [Qeas] [Quhereas] I be the purs assignes & depones To William thomsone
litstir in Stirling the soume of Eight pound ten shilling scots borrowed be william
Lorne Candlemaker thr [thair] from me [--][--] 1692 years wt [with] the @rent [annualrent] throf [thairof]
since syne & in tyme comeing during the not payt [payment] throf [thairof] wt [with] Power to the
sd [said] william Thomsone To persue him thrfoir [thairfoir], and to obtaine dets and to granting
acquittances & discharges to give thrvpon [thairupon] which shall be as sufficient as if
I have wreatin the samen my self befor the makeing hereof, Qlk [Quhilk] assignatione
I obleidge me my aires & exers[executors] to warrand to be good & sufficient payt [payment]
to the sd [said] william Thomsone and his aires & exers [executors] att all hands afsaid [aforesaid] Consenting
thir pnts [presents] be regr [registrat] in the books of Counsall & session or in any vthrs [uthers] competent
To have the strenth of ane det [decreet] of ony of the judges throf [thairof] Interponit thrto [thairto] That
