In pns [presence] of the Erle of Braidalbane & Lord Raith
two of the Comissioners of the Therie [Thesaurie] Compeired
John Hamiltone Clark of the Bailiary of Carrick Collector
deput of the Harths within the said Bailziarie
Who being suorne & examined depons That the foregoeing
accompt consisting in 35 pages Conteens an full
and true accompt of all the Harths surveyd
by himselfe by occular inspection and this is beside
othir Harths conteend in a list now given up
extending to seaventie one & resurveyed wch [which] he hes not surveyed nor hes
receaved payment of And this is the truth as he sall
anser to God
