by ane meetting of Commissioners for receaving the accompts
of the hearth mony [money] receaved be Robert Bruce in Bridgale hous out
of the prebrie [presbytrie] of Garioch & for appoynting surveyers in each
parioch of the sd [said] presbrie [presbytrie] for surveying the hearths throf [thereof] Conform
to the act of privy Councell thr [there] anent & haveing receaved the
the accompts & lists afor mentionat & haveing perused &
exactly Calculat the samen d [do] testify & declar the above writte [written]
accompt to be the true & exact Compt of the same & do testify
& declar that the sd [said] Robert Bruce his accompts did exactly
agree with his Intromission & that he had don Considerabl
dilligence [ane] surveying the bounds of the sd [said] Presbetrie [before]
this present survey was Commanded & that the greatest par [part]
of the deficients within the Prebrie [Presbytrie] are the poorest sort
of peope [people] of whom it will be difficult to recover
payt [payment]
