I David Hutcheson surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify that upon careful
Examination of the foregoing duties I find they amount to the sum of
nineteen shillings & three pence sterling and that this day I delivered
to Matthew Gray Esq Provost for the Collector of there duties an exact
duplicate of this account duly examined & compared which contained
my Oath that the foregoing Inhabitants were charged conform to
their returns or my knowledge and belief that they were liable in
these duties Glasgow 29 Dec 1791
