I Patrick Mdonald Survy. [Surveyor] do hereby certify that Upon careful examination of the foregoing
Rates and duties on female Servants. I find they Amount in whole to four pounds Ninteen Shillings
Sterling and that upon the twelth November have transmitted Thomas Eddie Collector
of said duties in the Town of Forres an exact duplicate of the Above Acct. [Account] duly examined
and compard which containd my Oath that the Several Inhabitants were duly
Served with requisitions and the the assessment made up from the lists and Ans. [Answers]
now in my possession
