I Charlis Robb Surveyor aforsaid hearby certifye that upon Carefull Examination
of the foregoing Duties I find they amount in whole to two pound fiveteen shillings
Sterlling and that upon the Twenty third Day of November I Delivered to James Blackwood
Collector of the said Duties for the Burgh aforsaid an Exact duplicat of the Above
Account Duly Examined and compaired with the foregoing which Contained my Oath
that Nottices wer Left with the Severall parsons befor named or at there Dwelling
houses of the Date anexed to there Respective names Requiring them within four
-teen Days to Give in a List of there Carriage or Saddle horses Retained or employed
by them from the 5 Day of April 1789 to the 5 Day of April 1791 and that the
Said Account or Survey is mede out from the list retwrned to Me and from the best
Information I coul procure of the Carriage or Saddle horses of thos whous List ar Defi
-ciant Neglected or Refused to Give in a List thereof in termes of the Nottices Left
with them as aforesaid
