I John Barclay Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify, That upon carefull examination of
the foregoing Duties, I find they Amount to fifteen Shillings, and that upon the Seventh
day of December current I delivered to Baillie Alexander Kemp residing majistrate in said Burgh
there being no Collector Appointed an exact Duplicate of the Above Acct. [Account] duly examined &
compared, which contained my Oath that the Above Acct. [Account] contained the number of Servants
returned to me or were kept by the different Masters or Mistress's According to the best of my
knowledge or information.
