I John Rose Survr [Surveyor] aforesaid do hereby certify that upon Careful examination of the above duties I find they
Amount to the sum of Twenty five pounds two shillings & sixpence Ster. [Sterling] & that upon the fifteenth day of Jan [January]
I Delivered to Mr William Fraser Collr [Collector] of the said Duties for the Shire aforesaid an exact Duplicate of the Above
Acct [Account] which contains my Oath that the preceeding Inhabitants were duly served with acquisitions of the dates foresaid
requiring them within fourteen days to deliver to me an attested list of their Servts [Servants] ]Horses & Cargs [Carriages] employ & Used
by them from 5th April [17]89 to 5th April [17]90 & that the Above Account was made up from their Several returns to me
from the best Information Or from my Own certain knowledge of their respective establishments
