I Andrew Liddell Surveyor Do hereby Cerify That the foregoing Rates and Duties do amount
in whole and Three Pounds Seventeen Shillings and Sixpence And Total upon 29 Oct 1787 I
delivered to Mr Dugald Gilchrist Collector of said Duties an exact duplicate of the above account
which contains my Oath That Notices were left with the several Masters and Mistresses or at their
dwelling Houses of the dates annexed to their Names who have been duly charged according
to the best of my Belief or Judjment.
