I Hugh MacFarquhar Surveyor Aforesaid, do hereby testify, That upon carefull examination
of the forgoing Rates & Duties, I find they Amount in whole to Two pounds, ten shillings
& that upon the fourteenth day of Decr [December] current I delivered to Mr Walter Ross Collector of
said Duties for the Shire aforesaid, An exact Duplicate of the Above list duly examined &
compared with the foregoing, which contained by oath, That the Above lists contained the
number of Servants kept of employed by the aforesaid masters or mistress's. According to the
best of my knowledge or Information
