I Hugh MacKay Assistant Surveyor Aforesaid Do hereby Certify that upon
Carefull examination of the foregoing Several Rates and duties I find the amount
in whole to the Sum of Three pounds Seven Shillings & Six pence Sterling and I do make
Oath that Intimations were given to the whole foregoing persons or left at their
dwelling houses of the Respective dates aforesaid and that the foregoing Survey
or Assessment was made up from the Returns made to me in Consequence
thereof, And from the best information I coud otherwise obtain
