hereby certify that upon careful Examination of the several Rates and Duties I find
they amount in Whole to Eighty Six pounds five Shillings stg [Sterling] and [this]
date I deliverd to James Maxton Esquire Collector of the said Duties for the Sh[ire]
aforesaid an Exact Duplicate of the Above Acct [Account] duly Examined and Comp[ared]
with the foregoing Notes being left with the several Masters or Mistresses [or]
at their dwelling houses of the dates anexed to their Names and to wh[ich]
their returns were made
