I James Millar Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify that after careful examination
of the aforegoing Duties I find they amount to the Sum of Forty two
Pounds Eleven Shillings Sterling - - - - - And that upon the
Day of January 1798 I delivered to John Cheape Esq. Collector of said Duties an exact duplicate
of this Account of the dates aforesaid which contained my Oath that the foregoing
Inhabitants were served with Notices and that they are charged according to their own
