I Duncan MacNuier Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify That upon carefull
examination of the foregoing several rates and duties I find they ammount to
One pound nineteen shillings and Sevenpence two tenths of a penny Sterg. [Sterling]
and that upon the 21st Feby. [February] 1792. I transmitted to the Treasurer of
[the] Burgh aforesaid an exact Duplicate of the above duly examined and
compared with the fore going which contained my Oath that Requisitions
were given to the whole forenamed persons or left at their dwelling
houses of the date aforesaid, and that the above Account was made up
from the Returns made to me in consequence thereof, and from the
