I Robert Dunbar asst. [assistant] Surveyor aforesaid,
do hereby certify that upon careful examination I find
the foregoing duties amount to the Sum of Twelve
Shillings Sterling, And I do make oath that the
preceding Inhabitants were duly Served with
requisitions, or notices of the foregoing charges,
of the date foresaid; And that they are
to be charged according to the Sums abovementioned
Set against their respective names
