from the 5th April 1789 to the 5th April 1790 By James Watsone Surveyor
I James Watsone Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify that upon
Carefull Examination of the foregoing Rates and Duties I find
they amount in whole to the sum of Fourteen shillings
Sterling And that upon the fifth day of January Current
I delivered to Mr Robert Chapman Collector for that
Borough an Exact Dupplicate of the foregoing Survey
which Contained my Oath that the severall persons
before named were duly served with Notices and
Requisitions whereby they were to be Charged with
the sums hereby Certified to be due from them
