[Sterling] and that upon the 21st day of Nov [November] 1787 I delivered to Mr William Whigan Coll [Collector] for the said duties for the Burgh aforesaid an exact duplicate of the forgoing which contained my Oath that notices were left with the several Inhabitants or at their dwelling houses of the date anexed to their respective Names that was to be Charged with the sums hereby Certified to be due from them William Currie
