I William Currie Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon Carefull examination
of the foregoing several rates and duties I find the Amount in whole, to Thirty two pounds
Sixteen Shillings Sterl. [Sterling] and that upon the 22d, day of Novr. [November] 1787 I delivered to
Mr Hugh Maxwell Collr. [Collector] for the said duties for the Shire aforesaid an Exact
duplicate of the foregoing which contained my Oath that notices were left
with the several inhabitants or at their dwelling houses of the date anexed
to their respective Names that was to be Charged with the sums hereby Certified
to be due from them
